Le Hardware currently delivers within the Sydney metropolitan area only. As our warehouse is Sydney-based and many of our products include glass with a fragile nature, delivery is limited to locations within a 3-hour driving radius from our factory. This allows us to ensure safe handling and reliable delivery of your glass and hardware products.
We do not provide installation services; however, Kwik Glass, our largest corporate partner, is an excellent choice if you require experienced glaziers to install your glass and hardware. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and industry expertise, Kwik Glass can ensure your project is completed to a high standard.

Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product, please email info@lehardware.com.au with a clear photo or video showing the issue. Our team will assess the claim and assist you as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Item Ordered
If you have ordered the wrong item, please email info@lehardware.com.au with the reason for the exchange. We can assist with the return provided the item is unused and returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
Once the items are confirmed as successfully returned (within 3–5 working days), the refund will be processed within the following 3–5 working days.
