At this time, Le Hardware primarily serves customers within Australia. If we offer international shipping in the future:

      – Alternatively, log in to your account and go to My Orders to view real-time tracking updates.

    2. Allow some extra time
      – Deliveries may be delayed due to weekends, public holidays, or high-demand periods.
      – Please allow up to 3–7 business days for standard shipping.

    3. Still no update?
      – If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or if it's past the expected delivery date, please contact us.
      – We're happy to investigate with the courier on your behalf.

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    In most cases, we do not deliver on public holidays.

    Our courier partners, including Australia Post and other logistics providers, typically do not operate on national or state public holidays. As a result, any orders scheduled around these dates may experience slight delays.

    • Orders placed during a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

    • Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.

    Do you deliver to my postcode?

    Yes, we deliver to most areas across Australia.

    To check if we deliver to your postcode, simply:

    1. Go to the product page

    2. Enter your postcode in the shipping calculator or at checkout

    3. You’ll see the available shipping options and estimated delivery time

    🚚 Remote or regional areas:
    Some rural or remote postcodes may have limited delivery options or longer transit times. If your area is not serviceable, we’ll notify you during checkout.

    Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

    Next-day delivery is available for select products and locations only.

    To qualify for next-day delivery:

    • The delivery address must be within an eligible metro area

    • The item must be in stock and marked as “Next-Day Delivery Available”

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    In most cases, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure your order reaches you safely.

    However, depending on the courier and delivery option you select, you may have alternatives:

    • 📦 Authority to Leave (ATL): Some couriers allow you to give permission to leave the parcel at a safe location without a signature. You can usually select this option during checkout or via the courier’s tracking page.

    • 🧾 Signature Required: For higher-value items or restricted goods, a signature will always be required.

    If no one is available at the time of delivery:

    • The courier may leave a collection card with details to pick up from the nearest post office or depot.

    • You may be able to reschedule the delivery online.
